Dear Valued Customer,  We noticed that there has been an increase in duplicate payments. This may be as a result of payments being processed with a screen spooling followed by an error message.

To avoid any double charges or payment issues when encountering this problem, we kindly request that you confirm with your bank or check your credit card statement to verify whether the payment was processed successfully before trying to process the payment again. If your payment was not processed successfully, then you can proceed to make payment again.  
Change and Cancellation Requests: Any change or cancellation requests must be submitted to reservations@tciferry.com outside the 24-hour period preceding the scheduled trip. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit made.
